Butterfly Taxidermy (2023 ~ ongoing)

I have been pinning butterflies every so often since 2023 and have recently begun creating framed examples of my work.

As of 2025, I will be working only with butterflies from The Magic of Life Butterfly House, CwmRheidol, Aberystwyth to create framed specimens to sell locally, to both help advertise the presence of the charity to visitors to Aberystwyth and to ensure the butterflies I taxidermy are sustainably and ethically sourced to the highest standard.

My butterflies are not perfect, but this is because they have lived natural and fulfilling lives at the butterfly house. I only work with butterflies that have died naturally and have been collected by those who work there.

A percentage of what I make from my framed butterflies goes back to the charity.
